How do you use it?

Spray on back of your legs, chest, top of your feet, arms, pulse points, stomach etc basically, anywhere except your face! If your body is low on magnesium or you are not used to taking it too much at once can cause itchiness (it’s ok! It’s just a sign your body is low on magnesium) so start with only 5 sprays and work your way up to about 15-20 sprays
